Change making for
Individual or Organization
“There is a reason you were born, there is a reason that you have met the people you have and experienced what you have. Your story is part of your purpose”

Make the Impossible Possible
What is your Impossible?
Who is your inner Leader?
You might be a leader of others at work, but who is your own leader? What is the most powerful voice within, the voice that guides you on your path in life?
Recognizing these inner leaders and where they come from, is the first step on the journey towards the making the Impossible Possible. Let go of the things that are holding you back or are keeping you in a specific role, silence the voices that keeps you from reaching your impossible goals and start replacing them with voices that encourage you and believe in your unlimited potential.
Programming and Paradigms
Once you start looking at what is holding you back you will need to decide what should replace the old programming and paradigms. The “I am not…” should be replace with “I am…”.
Once you start telling your story with this mindset, and adding all the things that you have already accomplished in life you will find that there are much more that you are than not.
Serving others, Serving you
Often we find ourselves being so busy with fulfilling others expectations and requirements that we loose sight of what expectations we have for ourselves. When you start looking at how you focus your energy between other’s goals and your own then I believe you will find that there is an imbalance between the two sides. It is not wrong to be helpful and serving, but it is important to have your own clear purpose in place. Having a clear goal for yourself makes it easier to give a value based response instead of always reacting to every request you get.
Thoughts, feelings, actions
Becoming aware of the story you tell, your inner leader(s), realizing what is holding you back and that you might be missing a clear purpose for your life, you can start focusing on making changes. Ask yourself what thoughts are running through your head, perhaps over and over again. The thoughts you have will affect the feelings in your body and those will create action. Repetitive, often negative, thoughts will create negative/status quo feelings and little action and hence little change in your life. You aim for the possible goals. Once you create awareness of your thoughts then you can be more selective of the positive or negative thoughts, and whether they are focused in the present, past or future. How do they make you feel, what actions do they call for you to take? You dare to look at the Impossible.
Individual or a Team
Creating awareness of your thoughts on the individual level takes great effort. To change your programming, to move from reaching the possible goals into actually reaching your impossible goals takes persistence.
Taking a team from reaching possible goals to reaching for the Impossible takes commitment from the whole team. This needs to be combined with willingness and encouragement from management to allow for people to think out of the box and showing courage to step out into unfamiliar territory. Management should help create a safe community and a motivating environment and in exchange experience the growth potential of their employees.
When this platform is established you can start the same process for the team as for the individual - “What voice is our leader talking with, and from what perspective?”, “What story are we telling?”, “Who are we serving?”, “Do our joined thoughts create action and not distraction from the goals?”
Do you dare to take the journey? You never know what might happen when you go from aiming at the possible to creating the Impossible!
